Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has stated that his team didn’t deserve their defeat against Aston Villa in his post-match comments.
“The team gave everything in this match,” said Pochettino, emphasizing that the loss was undeserved.
Addressing the goalkeeper situation, the manager acknowledged that the problem persists, noting that their mistakes are evident to everyone.
“I don’t know if Djordjević will start in our next match against Southampton,” Pochettino added.
It’s worth noting that the manager had recently promoted Djordjević to first-choice goalkeeper, replacing Robert Sánchez.
